About
Coaching, mentoring, and presenting are the work I've been quietly building toward my whole career. Here's a little about how I got here and how I work.

For two decades I've led teams, mentored leaders across industries, and spoken in front of rooms big and small. Somewhere along the way, the part that lit me up most became clear: sitting with someone at the edge of a decision and helping them step into it.
My career has spanned operations, leadership development, and executive presence work. I've coached people through promotions and resignations, big team transitions and quiet career pivots, and the early, uncertain days of building something on their own. The throughline is always the same — clarity, confidence, and a plan you can actually act on.
My approach is warm and practical. I'm not interested in jargon or frameworks for the sake of frameworks. We'll talk about what's actually happening in your work and your life, and we'll find the next right move together.
Expect honesty. Expect to be challenged kindly. Expect to leave each conversation knowing what to do next — and feeling like yourself while doing it.
That I listen for what isn't being said and create the space for vulnerability. That I ask the question they've been avoiding. That sessions feel like coffee with the wisest friend they have — and that the work sticks long after we wrap.
I write at @wellthisisnew.substack.com about leadership, presence, and the texture of working life. I read constantly, I walk a lot, and I believe small, well-chosen conversations can change the shape of a career.
